drill recomendations

been reading up on drill recommends,my makita has died and after only living for 12 months i will not be buying another...anyways hitcahi 18v seems to get a good read up anyone use these?

hi mark,is the impact drivers more suited for screwing lots of floors...higher speed

for heavy drilling I use a corded 110v bosch GBH, had it for quite a few years now and it's still showing no signs of tiring. For the lighter stuff I use my cordless bosch (not sure of the model) but I've had to replace the bushes twice in 3 years

hitachi are good for the money, but not a patch on the old hitachi

milwauki are excellant bits of kit

With mine I can remove the chuck which then looks like an impact driver

Dewalt for me.. cracking drills and last yrs.

im with Doug on the blue bosch

mine have never let me down and they have had a hard life
