Does anyone use a grout finisher?

Just wondering if any tilers actually use a grout finisher or would that simply be justified as being unprofessional.your thoughts please!!

I use a grout finisher ...He's called TJ and he does all the grouting jobs you hate. 🙂

Was just to see if anyone has used one and if it did a good job,seems too much like hard work to me going over all those grout lines.

No, never used one if by grout finisher you mean like a grout sealer, or am I missing something.
