Preparation Do you think these should've been sealed before grouting?

Fixing vitra traffic polished porcelain. See pick. The box says it has a protective layer that shoulb be removed after grouting. Not before. I was planni g to seal before grouting. Thoughts.

I’ve done them and did as they say on box, after you grout and wash there isn’t much left to clean off. Found it to be an easy installation IMO

Do you not find if you use a green pad you can get green staining . Or is it the rubbish green pads I use .
