Do you eat much at work ?

Just wondered if anyone forgets to eat at work, like me ?
Prob because I am smoker ( bad habit I know ) Always have breakfast in the morning, but seem to survive most days on just coffee and ****. Probably would explain why only weigh 10 stones.
Have a big meal when I get in - very unhealthy lifestyle I know, but usually don't remember to eat at work.

I have me porridge, apple sauce and syrup in the mornings with orange juice and a multi vit.

Then I try my best to have a lunch which consists of a sandwich x4, yoghurt, drink and banana.

Then when I get in, I eat like a king. Steaks, chicken etc.

But to be fair, I very rarely take me lunch as I like to keep going. Don't have any breaks either rarely.

Today for example, I was on site for 7.30 (after my brekky) and literally never stopped until 6pm, to get the job finished.

Just had a beefeater mixed grill for 30 to make up for my lack of calorie intake today 🙂

Suppose I am going backward with my diet & lifestyle since I started tiling.
At one time - between ages of 18 and 30, used to go to gym 4 times a week and eat 5 or 6 meals a day, incl protein shakes. Got in good shape. Have dropped a stone and a half since.
Need to get my act together, but with job & family never seem to manage. Guess I need to make time !!

You have just described me! I'm exactly the same, smoker, have brekky, miss lunch and stuff me face when i get in. I also weigh about 10stone dripping wet.

My diet is terrible now. I get so into the tiling and think " i'll just get this row up before i stop" by the time i realise i'm hungry its 5 30 and pack up time. I did start trying to set a special time for all work to stop for food, but that all stopped when as i wrote in a previous post a damn cat ate my sandwiches i left laying around! Wouldn't mind but i didn't think a cat would go for correnation chicken!!
