Take the bulk of the waste out on the wet cutter then use nippers to finish off. Mine never fit 1st time, always need a bit more nipping off

aggree it can be cut, but maby grinder quicker ?
here, tony,we aint arguing which is quicker or which is better, different ways for different cuts for different tiles, thats whats being said mate, don't see what your getting at really

last one was pocelain round shower base.made a template to a perfect fit transfered to tile, used wet cut on strait, then grinder on curve.it took for ever.tile band saw must be the answer

I mark my curve to template or scribe depending on curve, cut point to point
10 mm inside the curve in straight lines, tooth and nip leaving 2mm from marks, check for fit, if neccessary final scribe
finish with grinding/polishing kit, no chips, perfect fit like factory finish.
takes longer but once you've done it imo any other method seems inferior!
works a dream

heres some curved cuts done with angle grinder .
made a plywood template first, to radius inside and out of spa.
cut with grinder and then used portable dewalt profiler.
face of vertical wall under outside edge of spa were flat tiles that were then ground and honed to radius of edge detail above.
alot of grinding and polishing but cheaper than solid slab.

HORE009.jpgandrew . left you a private massage. have you received . was about a job near us you might be interested in.
couple more photos of curved cutting.
the coping for pool was done with same portable dewalt router adapted for water. I like these jobs and can do the whole thing on site. just order stone oversized.
