Cleaning Minton Tiles

Hi there

I wonder if anyone can help me. We've just moved into an Edwardian house which has a beautiful Minton tiled hallway. The tiles are in very good condition but appear quite grubby. As you can see from the pictures there are black marks on most of the tiles; these seem like dirt marks but I've cleaned and scrubbed the tiles a few times and these marks have not shifted.

Is there something I'm missing or a particular tile cleaner I should be using? I've tried HG Heavy Duty Cleaner but it made no difference. Any advice would be much appreciated!

try looking up the aquamix range of products or calling their help line

They have a good range of products which will sort it out for you

but remember dont cut corners spend the money to get the correct products and then the floor will remain in good nick with a little tlc everynow and then

Hg in my opinion is a basic diy product

Hi there hire a low rpm scrubber with a black pad and any good floor cleaner sold at your local janitorial supplies see under your local yellow pages.
