...I tried to talk my wife out of it, but she had to have the light coloured grouting. Anyway the inevitable has happened on our kitchen floor after 6 months and the grouting is looking pretty grubby! I know there are products out there but, I want to make sure I dont I damage/erode the sealing/protection (FZ Lithofin protective Impregnator W) which I applied the porcelain tile (and the grouting!). The tiler did a great job, but I wasnt convinced about his decision to use wide (flexi) grouting-I imagine the finer finer/smoother stuff would have been more resistant to grime build-up! Any advice would be welcome.

It depends on the width of the joint as to which type of grout, coarse or fine, was required. What size joint do you have?

the only way for me if you are wanting ivory grout on the floor to stay clean is epoxy grout maybe hard work for you now ,scraping the grout out but well worth it if you want ivory

the tiles are on 25mm ply, so i was advised to use a flexible grout. Is the epoxy grout flexible?

thanks to all for advice. I think i replied individually to the posts, but not sure if i have done it correctly
