I'm just wondering if my glazed ceramic tiles need sealing before I grout them...

I applied some Mapei Ultracolour Plus Terra Di Seinna grout to an inconspicuous area. I scraped the excess off straight away and wiped across with a damp sponge. I left it about 5 minutes and wiped it again. The following day I went to wipe it again but the grout has stained the tile.
I've tried scrubbing it with a knock off scotch brite sponge and some 15/1 diluted Lithofin KF Ceramic-Clean. I even tried it undiluted and left it for 10 min.

One thing I noticed is that one tile is unstained. This was the sample tile. It's got a slightly glossier finish than the rest. Could it be coated in something that's stopping the grout from staining it?

The tiles are Girona Blue from Tile Giant.

Thanks in advance!
