the cheapest place i have found is diatech in perth. I got a 3c for £250 inc vat and del from Mark Stanley.
it was a 3c not a 3c2 but they'll do if you prefer the pull handle.

I got one from Protiler tools for £519 but picked it up as they had them in stock but have 1 left, Tool venture is £515 but unknown on delivery to Ireland and theres allway Diatech.

Bought one now a 3c2 with spare arm and scribe wheel £280 and my rubi is going in the morning hopefully

Artisanotiles they got a web site and a shop they are also on eBay I emailed them and they knocked 20 quid off and said they send me a free wheel and arm
