Thanks for the warm welcome. And who would think I would have go to the UK to find you Rob!
I've attached some pictures of a recently completed project. Used 30 x 60 cm (12" x 24" for Rob and I) travertine and some onyx mosaic as the accent row and shower pan.
The green stuff on the shower walls and floor is the Laticrete Hydroban Waterproofing. Everything is grouted with their Spectralock Epoxy Grout.
Used the TLS Leveling System for the travertine.
I know Mapei is good stuff too and I do occasionally use it. But here Laticrete has a great reputation for customer service even for small contractors and great products.

Dave, That was the first job I tried it on. It was really helpful especially because of the staggered pattern. In the future I plan to use it on any large format/small grout joint projects. Once you use it once it is hard to go without it.
