Advice Needed - Is this Acceptable?

That's my other way.......reconfiguring the tiles on the right hand wall .....like I already said....

A lot of opinions here, from 2 very vague photos and even less information as to what the actual issue is.
The tiling looks of a good quality, from what I can see.

Are we looking for reasons to perhaps not pay someone?
