Hi, I've got a very cold bathroom and I intend to use insulated board - maybe 20mm Marmox - underneath tiles on the exterior walls.
Am I right in thinking that I can just use tile adhesive to stick the board straight onto the (brick and plaster) wall then tile on top of it using the same depth...

Got a job coming up. Kitchen splashback. The surface is currently tiled but the customer is removing those. I`m not entirely sure yet but i think they want the larger type mosaic tiles put up. i`m guessing the wall will be a real mess when the old tiles come off so i was thinking...

Customer wants me to price a bathroom floor including mats....the substrate is currentley carpet to floorboards..He doesn't want to move the toilet or sink..Is it ok to ply or backer board it without moving the toilet or sink..Any advice much appreciated.
