Been using these today, minimal water just dip the tip and thru 12mm porcelain tiles easily. Good price as well

I bought a similar set of dry-use Marcrist bits from CTD when they were on offer. Amazingly fast and clean so I bought another set and stashed it!

Some large diameter hole saws im experimenting with running at a slightly slower speed as peripheral speed at 12000 rpm with large drill is properly fast with a large diameter

Treated myself to a cordless multi tool, t stack box. A few attachments like dust extractor take off and a depth stop, some sanding pads etc
