Hi,
I'm in the middle of a Tiling Diploma wanting to make a career move from tubby, meal deal eating taxi driver to tiler so I'm here mooching about, looking around for tips and tricks to learn which make me faster and generally a better tiler

Thanks for the welcome :)

No, I wasn't aware of a training forum. How do I apply to join?

Juat finished this work for an assessment just before lunch. Received high praise from my tutor and assessor so should pass with flying carpets!

Mixing your forums up here lol that's the sparky one. :)

They can all get in the courses forum on this one lol

Is there a place on the forum here I can find out any tips, tricks and time savers to speed up a bit?
I'm glacially slow at the moment without the pressure of working for pay and being assessed my aim is to do a top job rather than a quick one. But I'm well aware being really slow on site or in someone's house isn't going to cut it even if I'm doing a good job.
You guys with lots of experience must have a few things you do, techniques you've picked up over the years?
