I have been involved with local panto groups for years and this year I am going on stage for the first time in ages. Oh yes I am......... Of all things I am playing the part of the Dame - never thought I would be called an old woman......

Anyone else doing anything mad, exciting, fun, over the New Year

Going up to Saltaire for New Year , weather permitting but have no plans other than to eat, drink and suffer the hangover the day after.

Looks like lots of drinking to be done by all. I shall also look forward to a hangover but have to be careful as I have to perform on New Years day without being sick on the stage........

I'll be pushing the in-laws outta the door, Lou has said that they may as well stay a few days after we've invited them for xmas, (i gave in under duress it should be noted, still haven't received an apology from m-i-l)

Just be enjoying my 3 weeks off. I've got a few 5k races, with one on Christmas day and new years day, finishing off with the Bupa Great Winter Run on the 8th.
