What wattage

Hi all,

I am having an extension build and need some guidance.
I have chosen to install the warmup heating mats system and wanted to know what wattage would be best for the following rooms:

32 square meter kitchen dinner
8 square meter shower room
10 square meter utility room

The underfloor heating is going to be the only source of heat in these rooms as I am not going for rads.

If you put insulation boards under the mat, 150 watt will be adequate IMO. What tiles are you laying? If its thick stone then maybe the 200 watt might be needed.

The tiles are 600x600 10Mm porcelain.
I have a new insulated concrete floor so was going to lay 8mm insulation boards first.

150 watt then, plenty of insulation there to make sure the heat will be going up into the room.
