I'm about to buy a new cutter, my TS40 has been in an 'accident',
so I'm lookin for advice, I know what the 40 can do but is it worth gettin the 40PLUS??

Hi
If your budget will allow, then go for TS60 Plus- has improved breaker & also means that you will not be limited when you go to price jobs with bigger tiles. Many customers choose 600mm tiles. It's not over heavy to carry.
Have a look at Trade Tiler Website.

I'm worried that if I buy that I'll persuade myself to get a TS30 for the smaller jobs.
I'll have a look at it tho,

Thanks for the replies, I'll sleep on it.... one option for me is the TS30 for the smaller jobs and the 'Big Clinker' from screwfix for the bigger ones.

wouldnt recommend the big clinker mate pay the extra and get the rubi if the cash alows used the clinker once didnt rate it at all

yup stick with rubi mate, i have four fubi cutters from ts 30 to tx900, all suit different jobs. One day you'll have same:wink_smile:

Just to let you know, I went for the ts40+, figure it was the best bet for me for now.
I would have stretched for the 60+ but I ordered a fein multimaster last week and the wife won't give me any more pocket money...hey ho🙂

Do a few jobs and save up for a large format cutter. 🙂 Your 40+ will do you proud!
