Do you use a toolbox or something else to keep the majority of your tools in?
 
I use a tool caddy ....bit like a shoe polish caddy but bigger....lol lol...

like this one but without the drawers.....

one of those stanley cases which has 2 wheels on it nice and big get all my bits and bobs in it
 
I have on of these, for trowels and floats always in buckets.....Gaz

A mix of tool boxes and tuff-tubs.

I keep my trowels all cosy in a nice tool box of their own along with a small can of ptfe bike lube and scotch pads and rags for cleaning them with.
 
I have on of these, and trowels and stuf usually in buckets.....Gaz




I just bought one of those tool box,s gaz as my caddy has a hole in it.....will be changing it over when i next clean the van out....( when)...:lol:
 
well i do supervise him....have to make sure he does it right.......:lol:
These are aspects of apprenticeship Dave....I'ts the things you don't realise have to be learned...bet Darren dosn't include your rigorous faschist training techniques......Dave jr will thank you one day ....if he lives long enough :lol:
 
he,s a good lad....laffed like **** t/day tho ..i showed him how to back butter a tile then watched him do it....he had it everywhere...his fingers/back of his hand / on the floor...pmsl.....

Ikea blue bags make excellent tool bags....you can get loads in....very strong & pennies to buy :thumbsup:
 
bought tool bag from b&Q for 15 quid got little side pockets etc great for keeping pencils, wedges and all those little tools in.... trowels, sponges, bottles of sealers etc use tub trugs.
 
ive got a boshe tool bag i got off ebay,and a tool bag from b&q plus buckets ,lol its amazing how tools you can accumilate in a short time,
but got sick of bags when doing this flat (not enough hands )so im going for a git big tool box with wheels plus gonna see i i can nick oooppss sorry i mean acquire a trolley of some sorts from somewhere secret:grin:

Did a job last year for a Posman, asked him if he had a spare bag as he kept his at home, told me I could have it and he would report his unusable. Great....padded shoulder strap waterproof, rip proof (practically), 2 good front pockes for clean gear (steel rule, artists flexi curve etc.), would highlt recommend.
