Hi all,
Room 1 - 4.8sqm utility, porcelain tiles on screeded floor. Might require additional work to join existing tiles at door threshold.
Room 2 - 16sqm bedroom and ensuite, porcelain tiles on UFH screeded floor. Will require additional work (replace 2 tiles) to move the threshold slightly. Will also require tiling around 900mm quadrant shower.
Tiles supplied, but tiler to supply SPF adhesive and grout.
