A 10mm trowel comfortably covers 5 m2 so a 4mm will be somewhere in the region of 12 m2 I'd say mate.

I done an 80m2 anhydrite floor last year Peter & it was bang on flat.
I used a 10mm trowel & back buttered each tile (600x300)
I used 10 bags of AnhyFix..
