Yes and no, 1 wall is 1 wall isn't, however gyplined and celotex'd the external wall to insulate it, the walls are 9" brickwork no cavity old style construction,

I still stay it's damp.........or too cold a surface.

I'm gona go with cold, but the tub it came in never mentioned anything about temperature and curing times only 24hrs and ready to go,
I'm gona scrape off and have another go

What was the mix ratio for the primer used?

1to 4 on the plaster walls,
And 1and1 on the plywood before I put backer boards down,
It's twisting my melon because I ALWAYS do everything properly and never had this problem before,
