I dont rate my dewalt mitring porcelain, the thin blade flexes too much and the porcelain pushes it away and you get an uneven mitre its good on ceramics and softer materials though

Ive just done a kitchen in 600x300 porca on walls ( i know,i know big tiles for kitchen, italian family) and mitring with my dewalt was great, maybe im a bit rougher than you gary and don't care as much ;) :)

No probs with a montolit DNA blade on.... The blade is thicker and does not push away from the tile.

I like the portability, use ability, and the precision of the above machine but i don't think it could be a replacement for the dw24000 (might be wrong) so based on that id probably go for the 10m.

Come on now vernon Kay, pull yourself together, I was talking about the sigma 10m aforementioned by Charles1 as it weighs 56kg.
