sbr primer

just going to prime my concrete kitchen floor with ARC sbr bond before tiling. do i just put it on neat with a paint brush or do i have to water it down or mix it? thanks

Its usually 3-1, what do the manufacturers suggest on the bottle?

it says to mix 1 part sbr with 1 part neat cement to make a slurry and and put on with brush. just never heard of that before.

That is for a slurry coat, to prime then 4:1 Water/sbr ratio..
