Rubi Hints and Tips for Bridge saws

Below are some useful hints/tips for getting the best results from your RUBI Bridge Saw

• Always make sure the water level is right to the top of the water tray as this will make the machine stable.
• Make sure the machine is on level ground as this can make the machine cut off line if the chassis is twisted.
• Regularly remove the excess off cuts that fall in to the water tray as this will reduce water volume and create sludge.
• Check the water pump and lines are cleaned regularly by putting the pump in a gallon of clean water and allow the water to run through the pump.
• Always use the right blade on the right material. It is not one blade doe's all.

Also better putting the pump in a bucket of clean water rather than in the table. This also stops the table from rusting as quickly. :lol:
