Repair old SLC or not?

I primed it with 2 coats of BAL Bond SBR 1:2 ratio, should I prime the new adhesive i've used as filler before applying more to stick the boards? Cheers

As long as what's left (slc) is stuck firmly.. then stick the boards over the top... use a slightly deeper trowel to over come the unevenness..
