Common problem you get with some porcelain tiles....I still dry cut them then lightly rub them against my wet cutter blade to get the edge flat...I just use my vitrex wet cutter.if i use the dry cutter ive got, then hold the metal edge trim against the cut, you can see its not flat as there are gaps showing light through etc.
surely it would be impossible to get a perfectly straight cut using an angle grinder?
bought a rubi wet saw today, cuts 8mm porcelein tiles perfectly straight with a smooth as silk finish
Says diamant on the side.
Looks like the DW250NL.
The seller said it cost £1900 but if true, that was obviously a while back.
The cutting blade is 2mm thick and he said was a cheap one and I'd be better cutting porcelain with a good 1.5mm
