Random Travertine Mosaic

Has anyone fixed these mosaics before?

I'm not sure how to price them really!?! They look like they're going to be a pain in the proverbial! I usually charge £35 per metre for average/large format stone. Any thoughts?

They aren't really random though, despite the name. They are modular. Don't think you'll have a problem with them at all mate

What size area is being tiled?
They are not large format stone and not really mosaic (although they do come on a sheet) but they are straightforward enough.

It was more the extra work finishing the edges on external corners, and not being able to play with the spacing to avoid rubbish cuts. Because there is no flat edge, there will be more work trying to keep the level etc.

£50 minimum if you can get it for 1 days work and go back for what will be another half day as with travelling to seal them when clean and completely dry. (Total £300 + mats)

Oops! Forgot to mention the most critical part!?! Haha! The bath is on the window wall. This is what I meant about the external corners. 😉

A thick mix of fast set flexible, a few nails, and a wet cutter and your away.

How would you finish the external corners John?

They have a tumbled edge, so cut the back edge; rub it down, and turn the good edge to match the rest.
But the main thing is to enjoy your day!
