i keep gettign texts and calls about this ppi as of yet i have done nothign about it as im not sure i have the paperwork dating back that long anymore

You dont actually need the paperwork. You can ask the lender for details and they must give it you but you will need to pay a fee for that.

ahh ok neale,to be honest i was a bit wary about handing out my details over the phone to people i didnt know anyways ...might go and get the forms myself
