Plaster coming off with old tiles... Help please

Hello all,

I have just taken the tiles off the wall behind my sink and some plaster has come off (see pics). Please could someone recommend a product to repair ready for the new tiles?

You could use plaster.

Just skim the wall with the adhesive you are going to use for your tiles and let it set. Then prime and tile as normal

As above skim with tile adhesive, but check the remaining plaster and remove any that's not 100% solid.
