Looking for Johnson Faro wall tiles

Hi I'm looking for between 2- 5 Cream faro wall tiles. I'm doing a repair and my local tile company has closed down. Although the tile is discontinued he managed to get them .

Does anyone have any for sale or know where / how I can get them. I'm based on the wirral.
