So are you saying that this product (the one that is supposed to protect against staining) does not work and that it is a waste of money buying it?, none of the other grouted areas I have mopped have gone discoloured and I do vacuum it thoroughly before mopping.

By the way, can anyone tell me if it is Unibond as this is a lot cheaper to buy.

Same problem with beige polished porcelain tiles. Tile and grout Sealed by the tiler but grout still collects bits of dirt. Occasionaly we scrub the grout with a white cloth and our pH neutral cleaner. The missus is after getting a steam cleaner. Perhaps like this for example.

Earlex Steam Cleaner Combisteam SC165BQP1, 5016501193160

Will it work? Will it screw up my tiles and grout? Any advice please so I can avoid coming home and finding her just cracking on and doing it! :disappointed:
