I've just completed splashback for this customer, who has asked me what can be done to repair holes in floor tiles. see pictures. they were fitted by previous owner. i imediately thought they were Trav. so whats the best repair solution? I don't think they have been sealed either, so was thinking of Aquamix Ultra solv or Enrich n seal, whats your thoughts guys?

I use Jolly stone glue filler but their are a few other makes about.
For Trav it comes in clear or straw. Comes in a few colours too for other natural stones.

It is just the filler popping... quite common in lower grade stones that have larger filled spots..

Jolly mentioned above is quite a good one.. or Akemi resin filler or Marmilit stone resin fillers are good..

All available on line.

Another option for smaller holes is grout but the resin fillers will last much longer.

I would use Jolly or jasmine Kerapoxy

actualy looking at your pics mate beige kerapoxy might be a better choice

I'd fill them with the same grout as your lines then seal them,it actually has a nice effect from my experience, good luck.
