Hi All, i need advice on my sub floor - Tile Advice

Hi All,

I need advice with my sub floor in my kitchen. The floor is half original floor boards and half concrete. The problem arises at the joining of the two floors as there is a ridge and also the concrete floor is quite uneven.
Can you suggest a best method for this floor as I would like to fit laminate to it please.

Overboard the floor boards and slc the concrete to meet the height
