cant remember name of company, got this call last week ,they will supply me with leads for tiling work, you pay them a percentage commission after work completed , you price the work your self, and they want a 250.00 admin fee is it a scam or what , i told him to get lost

I have had these calling me for years now, I get really annoyed sometimes as it interupts what you are doing at that moment, it should be made illegle to cold call, I allways tell them to mail me if but they never do.
