Floor transitions (tile to carpet)

Hi All

Hope you can help, I am tiling the kitchen and dining room and i need to go up to carpet. What sort of transitions can you get and where from? I have been thinking of putting wood thresholds in but not sure. What could you recomend?

You can buy this type of finishing trim from most tile shops...........

Hi, I have tiled my hall way, and need to join it to a carpet under the door. I've looked at the zigzag fittings but they're only 9mm hight, and my tiled surface is 20mm hight due to the ply wood.
Any ideas?
