I'm currently pricing up a 25m2 conservatory floor which is concrete, nice and flat! The customer wants ufh with insulation boards then slc over wires then tile. I've priced up the ufh with u heat. I was just wondering if you think i'm charging right to lay ufh mats, heating cables, slc over top then tiling in a three tile pattern.

I've got my price at £980 including adhesive and grout.

Obviously ufh ontop of that. Does that sound about right to you guys?

For my area id be looking at £950 labour only for tiles, insulation boards, ufh and slc.

Sounds cheap to me, i get labour to £925 which is probably why its gone quiet for me.

not sure how much your getting the ufh forbut without it i would be lookig at about £850
