Does the way there's an arm from the bottom of the bed up to the overhead motor ever pose a problem in that a tile hits it?

Yes at times depends on the cut.

Does it foul with 600 tiles? That's the main thing that's put me off this saw, always seemed like a bit of a design flaw although I wouldn't mind a go on one to see how it compares to a DW or 10M.

That is why i keap my old good rubi, and will get new one in next few months ( that is for mitred cuts, E, L, U SHAPE etc.) Still d24000 a MONSTER and i'm gang member 😛unk:

turn the tile upside down to cut if it catches the arm.. unless a mega wide tile :lol;

The large overheads are great for cutting full lengths of stone but for general checks a wee QEP750 is probably the best thing about for getting right into the corners.

will defo make a video clip of interesting cuts (with d2400 and rubi), when i get new rubi . will put both mashines next to each other

They seem to get decent reviews but to me dewalt will always mean black and decker, sorry! For me, it's always a rubi, and the new 350 is out!!
