If your doing a kitchen splashback with a natural stone coloured tile and mapei - jasmine grout - which is a beigy/limestone sort of colour - would you always try and match that colour with a Silicon that matches that colour or do you use standard white?

Always match it if you can or nearest to it............ .. i believe mapei do a large range of colours to suit there grouts as well..........

Just done a shower and the customer wanted chocolate grout. After some deliberation they decided that chocolate silicon would look better than white, so off to my Mapei stockist I went.

I like Mapei grout and silicon, but always avoid the (so called) white grout as it seems more like off-white.

yes i have some mapei grey Silicon in the van which i use around floor edges when using grey grout. its good to use and i also got it from screwfix
