changing blade on Rubi ND200

I hold the blade with mole grips and turn the big nut anti-clockwise. it goes round and round er, and round and round. Any suggestions on how I break into this problem?

Thanks. Do I hold the nut and turn the spindle clockwise or anti-clockwise - I'd hate to tighten the thing up by mistake!

Use the screw driver to hold the spindle still and then loosen the nut... anti clockwise if i recall right..

I can't get a screwdriver to jam into the spindle and even a pair of moles isn't enough to hold it when I try and turn the nut - it all just seems welded together, probably with rust. I WD40'd it last night but it still won't budge. Any advice?

Is there no slot on the end of the spindle..?.. My Rubi Diamante D200 has..

Got the instructions for my nd200 in front of me, it shows no screwdriver slot just the nut to be turned anti clockwise...

If I clamp the blade with a mole grip and turn the nut with a spanner it abd the spindle go around and nothing gets undone. Probably have to take it into a repair shop?

Sometimes heating up the nut may release it....
