The half bullnose wheel for the DeWalt D24000 is what I purchased from @ATSDiamondTools . Can't fault it!

The 150mm profiling wheels that fit the D24000 is great for lots of straight profiles, skirting tiles are the perfect example.

The picture above in Pete's post is an M14 Truform Half Bullnose profiling tool. It fits onto a polisher or variable speed grinder and does the same thing as the Dewalt wheel, but it's more versatile. It can profile curves as well as stone in situ.

Any questions just ask.

Thanks how do you gage what size you need ,thanks

What effect are you trying to achieve?

As a rule of thumb don't go over half the thickness of the tile for the radius.

i.e.

10mm tile - no larger than R5 half bullnose.
20mm tile no larger than R10 half bullnose.
