Taking a floor up in a bathroom to add noggins and then overboard.
Unscrewed the board and as it was coming out water came with it !! Luckily it's a warm feed for the radiators and they were off on the timer! Bloody plumbers!
Home time I guess :(

I had a nail which had been put through a pipe at my house, 3 years later it decided to leak when it started to rust badly.

Was'nt me who done it though.
