Don't push yourself too hard, too early. Been there, done that, got the T shirt.......
Believe it or not you will have muscle wastage

I'm planning to start slow and if I'm not ready I'm not ready !! I won't take the risk of a set back. It's been hard all this time off not being able to do anything. It's all about moving forward now.

I dare say if you were to watch an episode now, the word cringe worthy might be more apt.
