I have a job to do start on Monday coming in newcastle, kitchen floor and utility room floor. 22m2 in total with 600X300 porcelain tiles in brickbond pattern. Kitchen has an island in the middle.
Kitchen floor is wooden, overlaid with ply, utility room is concrete floor which has recently been screeded but needs levelling. Obviously an expansion gap is required where the wooden floor meets the concrete floor.
I priced the job at £20m2 coming to around the £440 mark for labour only.
All materials are supplied on site and are BAL.
Unfortunately I was supposed to start the job last week but because other trades have run behind schedule I have been put back to next week and I am really pushing it for time as have other things lined up.
Anyone in the area interested in the job and can start next week (don't have to start monday as long as the job is complete by the end of the week) drop me a private message.
