450 x 320 tiles, best adhesive?

Hi guys, I'm tiling with 450 x 320 tiles on to a plastered wall, what is the best type of adhesive, i.e tubbed, bagged and also do I dot and dab tiles or apply adhesive to wall/tile?

Bagged cement based adhesive is needed, also prime the walls first witn a good acrylic primer.

Don't dot and dab tiles either, apply adhesive to the wall with a trowel, 6 to 8mm notched trowel should be fine.

Are they ceramic, porcelain or nat stone tiles, as this could decide what adhesive you needs to use.

As fekin says above.:iagree: If your walls are not in a very flat condition, you may even need to use a 10mm notched trowel.

Never ever Do tn Dab adhesive on tiles!
