I have a job to price 2moro night the thing is its a kitchen extention its 35m2 one half of the floor will be fitted with ufh the other half steps down about 20mm so needs levaled out the tile tiles are natural stone not sure wich he will tell me 2moro night.THe tiles are three different sizes ,not sure how much to charge as i have not done a floor this big before and havent done a pattern tiled floor before.
