Not a random photo but..
Customer a couple of weeks ago "I'm getting my tiles from B&Q"
Me " Ok that's fine just make sure you get all the same batch code."
Turns up on job this morning.
Me "Did you check the batch codes on these boxes"
Customer " They all had the same Barcode"
Palm to forehead.

To be honest b and q are very good at putting bar code stickers over batch numbers

That would be acceptable if the the batch number wasn't on the same sticker right next to the barcode it's self.

To be fair. It's a little tough for an average customer to know which one was the batch number.
