Sticking new sponge for wash boy

Any suggestions for best glue to stick new sponges on.:stupid:

I use the spray contact adhesive.........

summit like this one.....works in mins...make sure the sponge board is dry...spray board and sponge leave for a couple mins then stick together....

As usual, what Dave says. I use it all the time and a can lasts ages.

That's the one i use as well

Thats the one i use as well, for the best results, spray the plastic float then spray the sponge as well, leave for about 1 minuite and put the two together, job done, be carefull when you run the sponge through the rollers that you dont rip off the sponge from the float

As above regarding the spray glue.

Also..........when filling ya washboy, DON'T make the water toooo hot, as it melts the glue and the sponge falls off into ya lap :embaressed_smile: ok ok......we've all done it.

Cold for me too. Don't normally have hot water available, anyway wouldn't it make the grout go off quicker?
