Cheers guys. the last 1k has been a long slog and haven't been posting as much as I once did but this forum still has some cracking tradesmen passionate about their jobs who I've learnt a great deal from over the years. Just a shame most of you aren't more local so i'd never have to pick up a tile again :lol:
