Well this time I made it down and got my stuff
got my printer to have a filament sensor at last which is handy (still need to improve the mounting though)
only real headache was the cramped box that the printer uses lol

Still waiting on my amazon stuff also to clean up my loft equipment which is a pain....should be here Monday...

Had an old concrete loading ramp knocked down, dug out and concreted flat for more storage space. Delivery driver that normally parks outside of the yard gates must’ve seen the new big open space and drove right in to the new concrete.

When asked if he saw the colour difference to the rest of the yard, he replied yeah, I just thought someone had wetted it...

Got an outside light I want to be able to control from the phone, got a wifi switch which is asking for a white neutral wire.
Just moved to this house which was built in the 60s. The box it's in has white cluster of wires not sure if those are neutral or something else.
1. Are they neutral? Can I connect to those?
2. If not, can I ignore the neutral requirement or wire...

Well today was great.......Missed a dhl delivery and then missed the closing time for the dhl service point (local post office) by about 5 minutes....lol
Looks like my stuff from prusa will now have to wait till tomorrow to collect I guess (they closed at around 5:15 ish...I went at 5:20 or so)

All the lighting is switched by wall mounted PIR and these capacitors seem to be installed at every PIR connection behind a blank plate. I have an issue every now and then at home.

Sometimes (at least once a month) some dog has decided to leave a pile of poo on the access way that separates the houses and garages.

I think more often than not, it is dogs that are let out to roam whilst there owners are out in their gardens etc, not inconsiderate owners deliberatley walking them past and not clearing up.

Back to the Men's Shed today to complete the installation of the 4 LED battens in the attic.
These were a joy to fit, having screwed the units to the supports yesterday and run the cables.
I pre-wired them, leaving decent Tails, because their location is tricky and overhead, so wiring them at ground level seemed the best way.
