Xmas shopping...

Any of you guys started your crimbo shopping yet? Every year I say "next year I will start really early" and then leave it til Xmas eve.

My daughter called me today to say that the coat she wanted for Xmas is in the shop and they only have one in her size/colour....So she bought it !!!....Only one more to buy for now and that's my shopping done !

Does that mean that you have to give her the money for it or you have to find something else for her? I haven't done anybody yet, I see a very busy Xmas eve ahead :lol:

I have never understood that, my girlfriend does that every year with her family, they all go shopping for them selves and then tell the other members of the family how much they owe them. I would hate to know what I am getting, it ruins the point doesnt it? That a loved one has gone out and bought something with you in mind?

That said thats a weight off your shoulders :lol:

Never bothers me, i remember buying them loads of toys when they were younger and I have just thrown most on the skip because they were never used. At least this way they get what they want.
Its all commercial anyway.

My son didn't ask for any new tools for Xmas this year, but as I need a new Wet cutter it looks like he may get that!:lol:

Mrs Daz has been dropping hints, and I'll start listening after 10th December, nothing relating to Xmas registers before then (unless it involves meeting mates for an Xmas drink :lol🙂.
